Magnetic Drive Pump for Sale

The magnetic drive pump is one new type of pump that applies the principles of modern magnetism and uses the magnetic drive of permanent magnets to achieve non-touch torque transmission. When the motor drives the outer rotor assembly to rotate, the magnetic field lines pass through the isolation sleeve to drive the inner rotor through the action of the magnetic field. The assembly and the impeller rotate synchronously. Because the medium is enclosed in a stationary isolating sleeve, the purpose of transfering the medium without leakage is achieved, and the shaft seal leakage of the mechanical transmission pump is solved.

Self-radiating structure:

Through heat-dispersion holes provided in the fixed portions of the impeller and the magnet capsule, liquid is circulated under pressure between the spindle

and bearing to reduce friction heat transmission and prevent thermal deformation.

Non-contact structure:

The drive magnet and driven magnet are carefully positioned so that their strong magnetic field limits rear thrust contact of the magnet capsule parts,even

during dry running. As a result, heat generation is greatly reduced and liquid circulation is maintained.

Volute casing divided into two sections:

The CSM series is the first resin magnet pump which uses the pump casing divided into he front casing and the rear casing to form a vortex chamber as an ideal

form. Therefore, internal leakage is kept to a minimum and overall hydraulic efficiency is enhanced.

Robust structure:

All stress bearing portions, such as the front and rear casings, are reinforced by means of ribs to improve the pressure resistance and the mechanical strength

of the pump. The bearing is not only fixed by conventional press fit but is also sandwiched between the abutting portion in the depth of magnet capsule and the

rear end of the impeller to improve its reliability under high temperature.

High Precision Installation for Magnetic Drive Pump

1. The coupling of the self-priming pump must be firm with a nut, and the nut must be tightened to prevent loosening of the nut, otherwise it will easily cause the impeller to move and cause mechanical failure.
2. When the self-priming pump and the motor are directly connected to drive, pay attention to the coaxiality of the pump shaft and the motor output; the accuracy of the pump installation has a greater impact on the stability and service life of the pump, so you must be careful Installation correction.
3. In order to keep enough liquid in the self-priming pump body to achieve better self-priming ability and prevent dry friction of the mechanical seal, the pump inlet must be higher than the centerline of the pump shaft.

4. When installing the self-priming pump, check strictly whether there are stones, iron sand and other sundries in the pump casing and pipeline.
5. Correct the installation clearance and coaxiality of the self-priming pump coupling and the motor-driven coupling. The allowable deviation of the different shaft degrees is 0.1mm. The height difference between the pump shaft and the motor shaft can be adjusted by padding copper or iron on the foot.
6. When installing the self-priming pump, the electrostatic grounding resistance of the pump and pipeline should meet its specified requirements.
7. Check the unit after 3-4 hours of actual operation. If there are no defects, the main reason is that the installation has been completed, and the shaft should be checked during the trial operation.
8. The bearing body of the self-priming pump is equipped with a cooling water joint with a cooling chamber device for use with a rubber tube or plastic tube with an inner hole of 12, and its thread size is M12x1.75.
9. If a one-way valve is installed on the outlet pipe of the self-priming pump and the pump cannot discharge gas smoothly during the self-priming process, an exhaust water pipe and valve should be added to the outlet of the pump.
